Join us at Relic for an immersive, hands-on cooking experience inspired by the vibrant bar culture of Northern Spain. Pintxos are traditional Basque small bites — typically served tapas-style, layered on bread, and secured with a skewer — meant to be enjoyed standing at lively neighborhood bars with friends and cider in hand.
In this guided class, you’ll explore the history of pintxos while learning to prepare 2–3 classic recipes known for their bold flavors and beautiful presentation. After cooking, you’ll enjoy your creations alongside a thoughtfully paired cider flight.
