Welcome to Jungle Relics! We are excited to offer wholesale opportunities for art, prints, relics, botanicals, and most home decor items to enhance your retail space with our exotic, one-of-a-kind pieces. Please read our wholesale terms carefully to ensure a smooth transaction. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  1. Minimum Order Requirement
    • All wholesale orders must meet a minimum purchase amount of $150 (before shipping and taxes).
  2. Wholesale Product Categories
    • Eligible products include:
      • Art, prints, and relics
      • Botanical items (excluding tea and plants). Sorry we do not do wholesale plants at this time.
      • Home decor items 
      • Full price and item list available by email to shop@junglerelics.com
  3. Retail License
    • To qualify for wholesale, you must provide a valid business or resale license and contact information include website address or store address.

Ordering & Payment

  1. Placing an Order
    • Orders can be placed through our email, or by contacting our sales representative.
  2. Payment Methods
    • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. All payments must be completed before shipment.
    • Net-30 payment terms may be available for approved accounts.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping Timeline
    • Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. For larger or custom orders, shipping may take up to 10-14 days.
  2. Shipping Costs
    • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout or included in your final invoice. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated.
  3. International Orders
    • We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Returns, Damages, and Cancellations

  1. Returns and Exchanges
    • Wholesale orders are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged items.
  2. Damages and Defects
    • Any claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please email us with photographs of the damage, and we will issue a replacement or credit.
  3. Order Cancellations
    • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Product Availability

  1. Inventory and Backorders
    • While we strive to keep all products in stock, certain items may have limited availability due to their unique nature. If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you promptly.

Pricing and Resale Policy

  1. Wholesale Discounts
    • Wholesale customers will receive pricing at 30-50% off retail, depending on product type and order size.
  2. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy
    • Jungle Relics encourages retailers to maintain a minimum advertised price of 90% of the suggested retail price (SRP) to protect brand value and ensure fair market competition.
  3. Resale Channels
    • Products purchased from Jungle Relics may not be resold on third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Etsy without prior authorization.

Jungle Relics Consignment Terms and Conditions

Below is a concise summary of our consignment agreement. Please review these terms to ensure alignment with Jungle Relics’ policies. By consigning with us, you agree to the following terms.

Consignment Product Categories

  • Eligible items: Art, home goods, botanicals, pottery, and jewelry.
  • Items must be new and free of defects, stains, or odors.
  • Jungle Relics reserves the right to accept or reject items. Rejected items must be retrieved within 7 days, or they may be donated.

Pricing and Payment Terms

  1. Pricing
    • Jungle Relics sets prices based on market trends. Any markdowns will be agreed upon with the consignor.
  2. Payment Split
    • 40% to the consignor and 60% to Jungle Relics.
    • Payments are issued monthly via Venmo or Zelle, along with a sales report.
    • Jungle Relics covers taxes and fees before revenue is split.

Consignment Period and Item Retrieval

  1. Minimum Period
    • Items must stay on consignment for at least 3 months.
    • After 3 months, the agreement may be extended or shifted to wholesale by mutual consent.
  2. Unsold Items
    • Unsold goods must be picked up within 3 weeks of notice.
    • Items may not be removed early without 3 weeks’ notice.

Loss, Damage, or Theft

  • Jungle Relics will take reasonable care but is not liable for damage or theft caused by fires, floods, or mishandling by customers.
  • If an item is damaged or stolen, it will be reimbursed at wholesale value.

Inventory and Reporting

  • Jungle Relics manages inventory tracking and sales reports, issued monthly.
  • Consigned items will be promoted through in-store displays, social media, and other sales channels.

Legal Ownership and Authenticity

  • The consignor guarantees they legally own the items and that they are authentic (not counterfeit).
  • The consignor agrees to indemnify Jungle Relics against legal claims related to the goods.

Dispute Resolution and Inactive Accounts

  1. Disputes
    • Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, they will proceed to mediation or arbitration under Idaho law.
  2. Inactive Accounts
    • After 2 years of inactivity, unclaimed balances will be forfeited, and Jungle Relics will not issue further payments.

Marketing and Pop-Ups

  • Jungle Relics may promote consigned items through pop-up events and community engagements, which will be agreed upon in writing.

Agreement Modifications

  • Jungle Relics reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement. By delivering items, the consignor accepts the latest terms available on our website.
